Request deletion of your Wizardly Way account and the data tied to it. Developer: Sean Murray (Wizardly Way).

How to delete your account

Send a deletion request by email

  1. Email sean@wizardlyway.com from the email address you used to register.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my Wizardly Way account" and include your username.
  3. We'll confirm the request, and may ask you to verify that the account is yours.
  4. Your account will be deleted within 30 days, and we'll email you when it's done.

Lost access to that email address? Email us anyway with your username and any details that help show the account is yours.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, username and password
  • Your character and progress: level, stats, gold and currency, inventory, equipment, spells and abilities
  • Quests, achievements and your leaderboard entries
  • Buildings, waypoints, territories, hired NPCs and other objects you placed in the world, including their map coordinates
  • Guild membership
  • Your name on founder credits, "Cleared by" markers and Moot Stone visitor lists
  • Pending Moot Stone submissions and their photos

Deleting your account permanently removes your progress and any Virtual Items, including purchased ones. This can't be undone.

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Purchase records (order IDs, products, dates) kept as long as required for tax, accounting and refund purposes.
  • Server logs and backups that may contain your data until they expire, typically within 90 days.
  • Anonymous analytics and crash data that isn't linked to your account, handled under Unity's and Google's retention settings.
  • Approved Moot Stones you founded may stay in the game for other players to visit, with your name removed. If you want one taken down too, say so in your email.
  • Our email conversation about your request, kept as a record that we completed it.
